Bio
Phats & Small are a British dance music duo formed in 1998, consisting of producers Jason Phats and Jason Small. They are best known for their late-1990s hit singles "Turn Around" and "Rhythm Bandits," which blended disco house and funky house styles. Their debut album, "Now Phats What I Call Music," was released in 1999 and achieved commercial success in the UK and Europe.
