Three Days Grace is a Canadian rock band formed in Norwood, Ontario in 1997. Originally called Groundswell, the group rebranded and released their self-titled debut album in 2003, which went platinum in Canada and the US. Known for their post-grunge and alternative metal sound, they achieved mainstream success with singles such as “I Hate Everything About You,” “Animal I Have Become,” and “Pain.” After original vocalist Adam Gontier left in 2013, Matt Walst joined as frontman, and the band continued releasing albums including Human (2015) and Explosions (2022). They have sold millions of records worldwide and maintain a large international fanbase.
