Chris Isaak is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actor, born June 26, 1956, in Stockton, California. He is best known for his distinctive baritone voice and retro-rockabilly style, most notably the 1989 single "Wicked Game." Isaak has released a string of critically regarded albums since the mid-1980s, blending 1950s rock 'n' roll, surf, and country influences with his own songwriting.
