Bio
Santana is an American Latin rock band formed in San Francisco in 1966 by guitarist Carlos Santana. The group blends rock with Latin, blues, jazz, and salsa influences, known for its signature guitar-driven sound and percussion-heavy arrangements. Santana achieved mainstream success with albums such as Abraxas and Santana III, and later earned widespread acclaim for the 1999 multi-platinum release Supernatural.
