Mark Hoppus is an American musician, singer, and songwriter best known as the bassist and co-lead vocalist of the rock band Blink-182. Born on March 15, 1972, in Ridgecrest, California, he co-founded the band in 1992 and has remained a central figure throughout its history. Hoppus is recognized for his distinctive vocal style and songwriting contributions to the band's catalog of hits.
