Bio
Linkin Park is an American rock band formed in Agoura Hills, California in 1996. The group rose to fame with their debut album Hybrid Theory (2000) and follow-up Meteora (2003), blending nu metal, rap rock and electronic elements. Frontman Chester Bennington’s distinctive vocals and the band’s sample-heavy production defined their early sound. After Bennington’s death in 2017, the remaining members continued with new projects and released the 2024 album From Zero featuring new vocalist Emily Armstrong. The band has sold over 100 million records worldwide and won two Grammy Awards.
