Bio
Leslie Odom Jr. is an American actor and singer best known for originating the role of Aaron Burr in the Broadway musical Hamilton, for which he received the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Born in Queens, New York, in 1981, he began his career with early appearances on television and in regional theater before gaining wider recognition for his work in musicals. Beyond Hamilton, Odom Jr. has released several solo albums blending jazz, soul, and Broadway standards, and has appeared in films such as One Night in Miami… and The Many Saints of Newark. He continues to perform and record while maintaining an active presence in both stage and screen projects.
