Omar Samuel Pasley, known professionally as OMI, is a Jamaican singer and songwriter from Clarendon Parish. He gained international recognition with his 2015 single "Cheerleader," which topped charts in multiple countries after a Felix Jaehn remix. His style blends reggae, dancehall, soca, and pop with electronic production. OMI released his debut album Me 4 U in 2015 and has collaborated with artists including AronChupa and LunchMoney Lewis. He continues to release music that fuses Caribbean rhythms with mainstream pop appeal.
