Bio
Gabriela Montero is a Venezuelan classical pianist born in Caracas in 1970. She is known for her performances of the standard piano repertoire and for her improvisations, which she often incorporates into her recitals. Montero has appeared with major orchestras around the world and maintains an active international career as a soloist and recording artist.
