Zhavia Ward is an American singer and songwriter born in Los Angeles on March 6, 2001. She first gained national attention as a contestant on the Fox singing competition The Four: Battle for Stardom in 2018, where she finished as runner-up. Her distinctive voice and covers of songs like "Elastic Heart" and "A Thousand Years" helped her build a following online before transitioning to original music. Following her television appearance, Zhavia signed with Columbia Records and released her debut single "Candlelight" in 2018. She has since collaborated with artists such as Diplo, Zedd, and Yellow Claw, and contributed to soundtracks including the film The Fate of the Furious. Her music blends pop, R&B, and electronic elements, and she continues to release singles and perform live.
