El B (born Bian Oscar Rodríguez Galá, October 25, 1984) is a Cuban rapper and songwriter from Havana. He is best known as one half of the influential hip-hop duo Los Aldeanos, alongside fellow MC Papá Humbertico. The group gained prominence in the early 2000s for its socially conscious lyrics addressing everyday life in Cuba, political issues, and urban struggles. Active since the late 1990s, El B has contributed to numerous underground releases and live performances across Cuba and abroad. His work with Los Aldeanos helped shape the island’s independent hip-hop scene, emphasizing raw production and direct, unfiltered commentary.
