Lisa Stansfield is an English singer, songwriter and actress who rose to international fame in the late 1980s. Her debut solo album Affection (1989) yielded the worldwide hit single "All Around the World," which topped charts in several countries and earned her a Grammy nomination. Known for her rich contralto voice and blend of soul, pop and R&B, she has released eight studio albums and sold millions of records worldwide.
