Bio
Energy 52 was a short-lived German trance project formed in 1991 by Paul Schmitz-Moormann and Cosima Schmitt. The duo released their debut single "Café del Mar" in 1993, which became a defining track of the early trance genre and remains one of the most enduring anthems in electronic dance music. The project ended the same year with the release of that single.
