Bio
José Madero is a Mexican singer-songwriter and guitarist best known as the frontman of the influential rock en español band Panda (later rebranded PXNDX). Emerging from Monterrey, Nuevo León, he helped shape the Mexican indie-rock scene of the early 2000s with emotionally direct lyrics and a mix of punk, emo, and alternative rock. After the band’s hiatus, Madero launched a solo career that continues to explore introspective themes while retaining the melodic sensibility that defined his earlier work.
