Grupo Niche is a Colombian salsa orchestra founded in 1978 in Cali by Jairo Varela. The group became one of the leading salsa acts in Latin America, known for its energetic arrangements and socially conscious lyrics. Over the decades, the band has released numerous albums and maintained a strong following throughout the Spanish-speaking world.
