Paul Kalkbrenner is a German electronic musician and producer born in Leipzig in 1977. He is known for his work in the techno and minimal techno genres, creating melodic and atmospheric tracks that blend electronic elements with live instrumentation. Kalkbrenner gained international recognition with his soundtrack for the 2008 film "Berlin Calling," which he also starred in. His music often features distinctive piano melodies and has been released on labels such as BPitch Control. He continues to perform and produce electronic music from his base in Germany.
