Manuel Carrasco is a Spanish singer-songwriter from Andalusia whose music blends traditional flamenco with contemporary pop. He first gained national attention after finishing as runner-up on the second season of the Spanish talent show Operación Triunfo in 2002. Over the following two decades he has released a string of multi-platinum albums, regularly selling out arenas across Spain and Latin America. His emotive vocal style and heartfelt lyrics have made him one of the most successful flamenco-pop artists of his generation.
