Bio
Jess Gillam is a British saxophonist born in Ulverston, Cumbria, in 1998. She studied at the Royal Northern College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music, and has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the BBC Philharmonic and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic. Gillam is known for her classical saxophone repertoire and for presenting the BBC Radio 3 programme "This Classical Life."
