Bio
DJ Marky is a Brazilian drum and bass DJ and producer born in São Paulo in 1975. He rose to prominence in the late 1990s with his influential liquid funk sound, blending soulful vocals, jazz samples, and rolling breakbeats. Marky has released music on labels such as Innerground Recordings and has collaborated with artists including S.P.Y. and XRS. His work helped popularize Brazilian drum and bass internationally, and he continues to tour and release records worldwide.
