Bio
Pascal Rogé is a French classical pianist born in Paris in 1951. He studied at the Paris Conservatoire with Lucette Descaves and made his debut with the Orchestre de Paris at age 17. Rogé is known for his refined interpretations of French repertoire, particularly the works of Ravel, Poulenc, Satie and Fauré, as well as Beethoven and Chopin. He has recorded extensively for Decca and has performed with major orchestras worldwide. His discography includes acclaimed complete cycles of Ravel’s piano works and the complete piano music of Poulenc.
