Bio
Dawn Penn is a Jamaican singer best known for her 1994 lovers-rock hit "You Don't Love Me (No, No, No)." Born in Kingston in 1952, she began recording in the late 1960s with rocksteady and reggae singles such as "Long Day" and "Blue Yes Blue." After a long hiatus from the music industry, Penn returned in the early 1990s and re-recorded her signature song, which became an international success and helped revive interest in lovers rock. She has continued to perform and record, maintaining a presence in both Jamaican and international reggae scenes.
