Bio

Gnarls Barkley is an American soul duo formed in 2006 by producer Danger Mouse and singer-songwriter CeeLo Green. The pair first gained international attention with their debut single "Crazy," which topped charts in multiple countries and became one of the best-selling digital downloads of the 2000s. Their debut album St. Elsewhere (2006) showcased a blend of soul, funk, and hip-hop, earning critical acclaim and multiple Grammy nominations. The duo followed up with The Odd Couple (2008), continuing their eclectic sound and lyrical introspection. Gnarls Barkley is known for its distinctive visual style, often performing in elaborate costumes and masks. The project has remained largely inactive since the late 2000s, with both members pursuing successful solo careers.
