Newton is a British singer best known for his 1994 cover of the Dan Hill ballad "Sometimes When We Touch" and his 1995 dance hit "Sky High." Born in 1967, he has worked primarily in the electronic and classical crossover genres, releasing several albums and singles throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
