Bio
Crosby, Stills & Nash formed in Los Angeles in 1968 when David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash began performing and recording together. Their self-titled debut album, released in 1969, featured intricate vocal harmonies and acoustic-driven arrangements that helped define the emerging folk-rock sound of the era. The trio expanded to a quartet with the addition of Neil Young later that year, releasing Déjà Vu in 1970. Although the group experienced frequent lineup changes and periods of inactivity, their catalog—spanning both the CSN and CSNY configurations—remains influential in American rock music.
