Bio
Jordan Rakei is a New Zealand-born, London-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer. Emerging in the mid-2010s, he blends neo-soul, indie-soul and subtle electronic textures, often playing most of the instruments on his recordings. His debut album "Cloak" (2016) and follow-up "Wallflower" (2017) established a reputation for introspective songwriting and warm, groove-oriented production. Subsequent releases such as "Origin" (2019) and "What We Call Life" (2021) expanded his sonic palette while maintaining an intimate lyrical focus.
