Jerry Rivera is a Puerto Rican salsa and merengue singer and songwriter born in Humacao in 1973. He rose to prominence in the early 1990s with romantic salsa hits such as "Amores Como el Nuestro" and "Cara de Niño," establishing himself as one of the leading voices of the salsa romántica movement. Throughout his career, Rivera has released numerous albums blending traditional salsa with contemporary pop influences, maintaining a strong presence across Latin America and the United States.
