Andy C is a British drum and bass DJ and producer born on 7 April 1976 in Walsall, England. He began releasing music in the early 1990s and quickly became a central figure in the UK jungle and drum and bass scenes. His technical mixing skills and energetic performances have earned him a reputation as one of the genre’s most influential live acts. In 1992 he co-founded the influential label RAM Records, which has released many landmark drum and bass tracks. Andy C continues to tour internationally and remains active as a recording artist and label head, helping shape the sound and reach of drum and bass for more than three decades.
