Saliva is an American rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in September 1996. The group is known for blending nu metal and rap metal styles, achieving mainstream success in the early 2000s with hits such as "Click Click Boom" and "Always." Their self-titled debut album was released in 1997, followed by breakthrough releases on Island Records that established their presence in the post-grunge and nu-metal scenes.
