Bio
SWV (Sisters With Voices) is an American R&B trio formed in New York City in 1990. The group consists of members Coko, Taj, and Lelee, and rose to prominence in the early 1990s with their blend of new jack swing and contemporary R&B. Their debut album It's About Time (1992) achieved multi-platinum status and featured hit singles such as "Right Here," "I'm So Into You," and "Weak." SWV continued their success with subsequent releases including New Beginning (1996) and A Special Christmas (1997), establishing themselves as one of the defining girl groups of the 1990s R&B era.
