Bio
Hilltop Hoods are an Australian hip-hop group formed in Adelaide in 1991. The trio—MC Pressure, MC Suffa, and DJ Debris—helped pioneer the local scene with their sample-heavy beats and socially conscious lyrics. Their breakthrough album The Calling (2003) went multi-platinum, and subsequent releases such as The Hard Road and Drinking from the Sun cemented their status as one of Australia’s most successful rap acts.
