Bio
Melanie C is an English singer, songwriter and actress who rose to prominence as one of the five members of the Spice Girls, where she was known as Sporty Spice. After the group’s initial split, she launched a solo career with the 1999 album Northern Star, which included the UK number-one single “Never Be the Same Again.” Her subsequent releases have spanned pop, rock and dance styles, and she has continued to record and tour both as a solo artist and with the Spice Girls.
