Inéz Schaefer is a German singer and musician based in Berlin, best known as the vocalist of the electronic duo ÄTNA. She began releasing music in the mid-2010s and gained wider recognition with ÄTNA’s atmospheric electronic productions that blend dark pop, trip-hop and indie-electronic textures. Schaefer’s distinctive, emotive vocals have been featured on tracks such as “I Wish I Was” and “I Don’t Care” and the duo’s 2020 album “ÄTNA”. She also maintains a solo project under the name Inéz, releasing intimate, electronic-leaning material. Her work has been issued on independent labels and she performs regularly at European festivals and venues.
