The Weather Girls were an American female duo formed in San Francisco in 1982, consisting of Izora Armstead and Martha Wash. They gained international recognition with their 1982 hit single "It's Raining Men," which became a dance anthem and reached the top of the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. The duo's energetic performances and powerful vocals helped define the early 1980s dance music scene.
