Jack Johnson is an American singer-songwriter and musician from Hawaii. He rose to fame in the early 2000s with his laid-back acoustic style and surf-inspired sound. His debut album Brushfire Fairytales (2001) established him as a major artist, followed by successful releases like On and On and the Grammy-nominated Sing-A-Longs and Lullabies for the Film Curious George. Johnson is known for his environmental activism and has collaborated with artists such as Ben Harper and G. Love. His music blends elements of folk, rock, and reggae with a distinctive mellow delivery.
