Bio
Eazy-E (born Eric Lynn Wright, 1964–1995) was an American rapper and producer from Compton, California. He co-founded Ruthless Records and N.W.A, helping pioneer West Coast gangsta rap with hits like "Boyz-n-the-Hood" and the group’s landmark album Straight Outta Compton. After N.W.A disbanded, Eazy-E released the platinum EP It’s On (Dr. Dre) 187um Killa and continued running Ruthless, signing artists such as Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. He died from AIDS-related pneumonia in 1995 at age 30.
