Bio
Sixx:A.M. is an American hard rock band formed in Los Angeles in 2007 by Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx, guitarist DJ Ashba, and vocalist James Michael. The group was initially assembled to record music for Sixx’s autobiography The Heroin Diaries: A Year in the Life of a Shattered Rock Star, which became the concept album The Heroin Diaries Soundtrack. Subsequent releases include This Is Gonna Hurt (2011), Modern Vintage (2014), and Prayers for the Damned and Prayers for the Blessed (both 2016).
