Bio

Terry Callier (1945–2012) was an American singer-songwriter and guitarist from Chicago whose music blended folk, soul, and jazz. He began recording in the late 1960s and gained a cult following with albums such as What Color Is Love and I Just Can’t Help Myself. After a long hiatus from the industry, his work was rediscovered in the 1990s, leading to renewed recordings and performances until his death in 2012.
