Juan Antonio Ortiz García, known professionally as Speedy or Sir Speedy, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton artist born on September 10, 1979. He rose to prominence in the early 2000s as part of the first wave of reggaeton acts to achieve mainstream success. Speedy is best known for his 2003 hit single "Si Te Vas," which became one of the genre's early crossover successes. His work helped establish reggaeton's presence in the Latin music market during its formative commercial years.
