Hocico is a Mexican electro-industrial project formed in Mexico City in 1993 by Erk Aicrag and Racso Agroyam. The duo is known for its aggressive sound blending EBM, darkwave, and industrial metal elements, often exploring themes of violence, social decay, and personal torment through both Spanish and English lyrics. Since their debut album "Odio Bajo el Alma" in 1996, Hocico has released numerous albums and EPs, establishing themselves as one of the leading acts in the aggrotech and industrial scenes. Their music is characterized by harsh electronics, distorted vocals, and relentless beats, earning them a dedicated following in both Latin America and Europe.
