Joker is a Bristol-based producer known for his work in grime and dubstep. He emerged in the late 2000s with a distinctive style that blends heavy basslines, intricate rhythms, and atmospheric textures. His early releases on labels such as Hyperdub and Kapsize helped shape the sound of the UK bass scene. Beyond solo productions, Joker has collaborated with vocalists and MCs including Jessie Ware and Buggsy, and his tracks have been remixed by artists such as Rustie and Hudson Mohawke. He continues to release music that bridges club-oriented bass music with experimental electronic forms.
