Alejandro Sanz is a Spanish singer-songwriter from Madrid who rose to prominence in the early 1990s with his emotive ballads and fusion of flamenco, pop, and Latin rhythms. His breakthrough album Viviendo Deprisa (1991) and the global hit “Corazón Partío” established him as one of the leading figures in Latin pop. Sanz has released more than a dozen studio albums, collaborated with artists such as Shakira, Alicia Keys, and Juanes, and won 24 Latin Grammy Awards plus three Grammy Awards. His work spans heartfelt acoustic ballads to contemporary Latin pop productions, consistently topping charts across Spain and Latin America. He remains one of the best-selling Spanish-language artists worldwide.
