R. City is a hip-hop and R&B duo from Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, formed in 2003. The group consists of brothers Theron and Timothy Thomas, who write, produce, and perform under the name Rock City. They are known for their songwriting contributions to major artists and their own releases blending Caribbean influences with contemporary urban music.
