Eric Hilton is an American musician and producer best known as one half of the downtempo and trip-hop duo Thievery Corporation. Born in 1967, he has been active in the electronic music scene since the early 1990s, co-founding the influential ESL Music label in Washington, D.C. Hilton's work is characterized by atmospheric soundscapes, global influences, and collaborations with a wide range of vocalists and instrumentalists.
