Jah Cure, born Siccature Alcock on 11 October 1978 in Hanover, Jamaica, is a reggae and dancehall singer known for his emotive voice and roots-oriented sound. He began recording in the mid-1990s and gained wider recognition with the 2000 album Ghetto Life, followed by releases such as Freedom Blues and The Universal Cure. His work blends classic lovers rock and roots reggae with contemporary dancehall rhythms, and he remains active as a live performer and recording artist.
