Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats is an American soul-infused rock band formed in Denver, Colorado. Fronted by singer-songwriter Nathaniel Rateliff, the group blends vintage R&B, gospel, and classic rock influences into a high-energy sound anchored by horn-driven arrangements and Rateliff’s gritty, emotive vocals. The band gained widespread attention with their 2015 self-titled debut album, which featured the breakout single “S.O.B.” and showcased their raw, live-wire performances.
