Bio
Amy Macdonald is a Scottish singer-songwriter known for her folk-tinged pop-rock sound. She first gained international attention with her 2007 debut album This Is the Life, which topped charts across Europe and featured the hit single "This Is the Life." Her songwriting often draws on personal experiences and storytelling, delivered with a distinctive, emotive voice. Subsequent releases such as A Curious Thing (2010) and Under Stars (2017) have continued to showcase her blend of acoustic instrumentation and anthemic melodies.
