Bio
The BBC Concert Orchestra is a British ensemble founded in 1952 and based in London. It performs a wide range of classical and orchestral repertoire, from symphonic works to film scores and contemporary commissions. As the resident orchestra for many BBC radio and television broadcasts, it regularly collaborates with leading conductors and soloists while also undertaking studio recordings and live concerts across the United Kingdom.
