Bio

Sunidhi Chauhan is an Indian playback singer from Delhi who rose to prominence in the late 1990s. She made her film debut at age 13 with the song “Ladki Badi Anjani Hai” from Shastra and quickly became one of Bollywood’s most in-demand vocalists. Known for her wide vocal range and energetic style, she has recorded thousands of songs across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and other Indian languages. Major career highlights include national and Filmfare awards, chart-topping tracks such as “Dhoom Machale,” “Beedi,” and “Kamli,” and frequent collaborations with composers A. R. Rahman, Vishal–Shekhar and Pritam. She remains one of the leading voices in contemporary Indian cinema soundtracks.
